Ann Demeulemeester offers a refined return process, allowing customers to request a return for any item within 14 days of delivery provided it remains in its original, unworn condition with all security tags attached. We ensure a seamless experience to maintain the high standards of our avant-garde collections.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Log into your account or visit the 'Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization Number (RAN).

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring the return invoice and RAN are clearly included inside.

• 3.
  Schedule Collection

  Use the provided pre-paid shipping label to book a complimentary courier pick-up or drop off the parcel at an authorized service point.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier verifies the integrity of the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
